01 · Building wiring

Wire buildings for daily use.

Fit-out wiring for offices, apartments, commercial and shared spaces.

01 · Build

Building Wiring Systems

Lighting, socket and power circuits laid out for use after handover. The result: fewer fit-out conflicts, safer daily use and a base for future upgrades.

02 · Industrial wiring

Wire around equipment and safety.

Wiring for higher-load sites with heavier switching and protection.

02 · Build

Industrial Wiring

Wiring for machinery, process areas and utility equipment, with routes, switching points and protection built for hard duty. The result: support for heavy-duty equipment, lower routing and segregation risk and a maintainable installation.

03 · Distribution systems

Distribute power by site demand.

Routing, segregation and protection sized to site demand.

03 · Build

Distribution Systems

Boards and protection arranged so critical and non-critical loads can be managed, isolated and expanded. The result: controlled routing across loads, clearer protection, safer isolation and a backbone for later projects.

04 · Electrical upgrades

Remove electrical weak points.

Corrective work on overloaded or undersized systems.

04 · Build

Electrical Upgrades

Rewiring, panel changes, metering and protection upgrades for safer operation and expansion. The result: safer ageing installations and a dependable base for investment.

How we deliver

Assess, design, implement, support.

The steps adapted to each kind of work.

Assess → Design → Implement → Support

  1. Assessment

Site inspections, load studies and power-quality reviews to understand uptime risk and demand.

  2. Design & BoQ

Electrical designs, protection plans, source coordination and bill of quantities aligned to the site.

  3. Build & Commission

Installation, testing, switching setup, protection checks and structured handover into operation.

  4. Support

Preventive maintenance, monitoring, fault response and improvement planning after deployment.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Where does building wiring fit?

For projects where the internal layout must support occupancy, tenant use and future upgrades: office and retail circuits, apartment and mixed-use distribution, and tenant change without rework. Wiring is planned around room use and equipment placement, with consistent segregation, protection and terminations, and absorbs load additions and layout changes.

Where does industrial wiring fit?

Three-phase and equipment-specific supplies, plant isolation and maintenance access, and new loads without destabilising supply. Supplies are specified to plant requirements, with isolation, labelling and routing for maintenance teams and design discipline for critical industrial loads.

Where do distribution systems fit?

Multi-zone board planning, recurring trips or weak isolation, and sites adding backup or solar. Boards are grouped by how the site uses power, with isolation and protection paths operators can follow and a route to generator, UPS and solar integration.

When do electrical upgrades make sense?

Old installations needing rewiring, and new equipment or occupancy changes. Upgrades target causes of failure and nuisance trips, raise protection and installation standards, and give a baseline for backup, solar or new loads.
